Our main goal at Carolina Home Visions whether you have hired us as your inspector or your real estate agent is to protect you, your family, and your investment. We want to make sure that the home you are purchasing is not only a solid investment but also that it is a safe environment for you and your loved ones. 

Benefits of hiring an inspector as your real estate agent

• We offer free pre-inspections on our listings. Pre-inspections will help to uncover issues in your home that you have forgotten about or may not even know about. This will save you time and money in many ways. By finding these issues before it goes on the market you can fix them yourself or hire a handyman to do them. If you wait until after the home goes on the market then the buyers inspector will uncover these issues which may result in costly repairs because they will have to be done by a licensed contractor on short notice. The buyer could also request a credit at closing or walk away from the deal altogether leaving you starting over at step one.
• When purchasing a home we will do a preliminary inspection on the home before you even make an offer. By doing this we will uncover any unseen defects that may make you reconsider your purchase therefore saving you time in your hunt for another home and money on things such as inspections. 

Bryan Bennett

Bryan Bennett has been a part of the Charleston real estate market since 2009 and has personally inspected over 5,000 homes in the tri-county area. Before moving to Charleston Bryan worked as a contractor for his fathers construction company in the Greenville / Spartanburg area of South Carolina. From growing up on a construction site Bryan has always had a passion for real estate.
